I am attempting to install the TurboTax CD.  After running a few minutes, checking updates, etc. a window comes up that says TurboTax has experienced a problem and must shut down.  I called the company and they said perhaps the disk was bad, so they sent another.  It does the same thing.  Are my security settings too high perhaps?  Any suggestions will be appreciated.
