I have dell 7520 with windows 8

couple of months ago I had driver issues withe the amd 7730 card so I did a factory reset to windows 8

now I am willing to try again.

I want to factory reset to windows 8 again, then upgrade to 8.1 

could I (in the future) upgrade to windows 10 ?
