XPS 8930, booting from wrong drive after accessing safe mode

Windows booting from wrong drive

XPS 8930. Background is that last December I uninstalled Optane and installed an nvme drive that was a clone of the hard drive. I followed a video on youtube and everything had been fine up to this point. Past couple of days boot times decreased drastically so I decided to do some troubleshooting. Went in to safe mode using msconfig to see if it booted faster and it did but when I returned out of safe mode the pc booted from the original HDD (which still had functional WIndows on it) and not the cloned nvme and I now have no clue how to get it back.

Disk 0 is the cloned nvme which I have been running windows off until I messed something up in msconfig (?)

Disk 2 is the original hdd that has now been reset to the C boot drive

Thanks for any and all help
