I am facing a very weird issue with my laptop (XPS 9570) where my laptop's battery drains completely to 7% or less after the laptop was shut down. This is irrespective of what the charge was before the shutdown (for example it goes from 90% to 7%). I am pretty sure this is not my battery problem as once charged it easily lasts around for 9-10 hours and works perfectly. This complete battery drain problem arises only after shut down and then boot up my laptop.
This problem arose only after I did the "Intel Management Engine Chipset" update by the dell supportassist on 21st Dec 2019. Some of my other friends with XPS 9570 are also facing this problem. If anyone can help with this issue, it will be really helpful.
