Just purchased XPS 15 9500 (system details below).

Screen has small flicker every few seconds when Intel UHD graphics refresh is set to default of 59, or to 60.  Flicker is reduced to very infrequent when refresh is set to 48. Obviously this is not an "as designed" feature.  Drivers and BIOS are updated to latest as of 11-8-2020.

I notice at least two other users have posted this identical problem. I would rather not have to send this unit back for refund, but this problem must be resolved.
