Buenaa noches, tengo una computadora Dell XPS Modelo No. P20S, solo enciende el ventilador y suenan 3 beeps, pero no arrancha. Muchas gracias.

You have a faulty system board, which would need to be replaced.
Given the age of the system, you're better off shopping for a replacement system rather than repairing this one.
