Alpha R2, BIOS 2.0.12 wont install

Question

When I try to install bios version 2.0.12, it brings up a box saying do you want to replace bios version 1.0.13 with 1.0.13? So it wants to install the same bios version I already have. Is anyone else having this problem?

I've tried installing it and when it goes to restart my pc instead of restarting it, it just shuts it down, and when I turn it back on it says I still need to do the update.
