Accidentally pressed button on back of computer
It’s this black button on the back of my PCU that I accidentally pressed and now my Motor makes this beeping noise and the computer says “save mode” how can I fix this ?

What make and model of computer do you have?
Try un-plugging everything from the wall power-outlet for 15 minutes ... then try it.

Monitors do not beep.
Power Saving Mode on the monitor means there is ZERO signal coming out of the PC.
