Cannot play the new call of duty because it says my system requirements are not met even though everything is updated and I have TPM 2.0 and secure boot on. When contacting support I told them I need the special update so I can play but they told me it doesn’t exist and I have to wait until a new update is released by the manufacturer, even though I’ve seen Dell agents respond that there is a special update that they can provide to us so we can play. Can I get any help accessing this?  Case number
