i have R7. I only ask because Dell put 1.0.5 down from their Driver Website
It's a little rocky now-days with Intel, Microsoft, Dell, HP, etc. trying to figure out best solution to Meltdown-Spectre. Some BIOS updates are being pulled-back already (thank Intel for that).
All my Intel-processor machines are running fine (trust me, they are many ... Windows, Macs, even tablets) and they are all working fine. I am certainly in no hurry to update any BIOS.
Ever heard the saying "Don't fix what's not broken" ? I think that applies here. I'll give them time to work this out. I have other stuff to work on for now.

Do you have R5, R6, or R7 ?
I would not pay much attention to posted dates.
v1.0.5 is newer than v1.0.2 no matter what website says.
