Alienware Aurora R16 - Command Center issues

Hi,

I've recently re-installed Win11 Pro, and I'm having some issues with Command Center 6.13.8.0. The application loads, but the FX area is hung with a spinner, so I'm not able to change the lighting. The services are running, and uninstalling/re-installing the Command Center didn't work. Any ideas? I've attached a screenshot below.
