Alienware Aurora R4 ALX , Keyboard and Active Venting Problems

So I have an Alienware Aurora R4 ALX ,but when I barely turn it on , the keyboard isn't detected , it detects the mouse just not the keyboard ,I have the Alienware Advanced Gaming Keyboard AW568.

Second Problem: When I first tried to control active venting i just got an error, i already tried reinstalling it, i still get it. The error message is

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

For now (until you get the MIO-Board and AW-CC working with Active-Venting) I suggest you disconnect the Alienware Keyboard and just use a stock/plain USB one connected to the back of Aurora-R4-ALX.

What version of Windows are you running?

What version of AW-CC are you trying to clean install?
