Alienware Aurora R7 No Display+ Infinite Bootup Loop + Reconstructing Cache Metadata

I just purchased this machine last Thursday - March 29th. Immediately after purchases the following issues occurred:

1. FarCry 5 was notifying me my graphics card needed to be updated - no big deal figured I'd get around to it

2. Monitor would not display HDMI input from Desktop - said no source available

To solve #2 I hard reset the computer and was able to get a display on my monitor - ran with no issues. I know this isn't a cable issue as I tried three different HDMIs and none of them worked. My ps4 and TV worked with no issues when I ran them to the monitor with the same HDMI cords.

3. My monitor wouldn't recognize a display yet again - I performed another hard reset this time I got the message that windows could not boot up properly and was prompted to restart and try again or advanced options. I hit restart and was prompted to sign in my windows account and entered my password - it loaded on the home screen and then backed out again to the user log in - again and again and again.

4. Then I tried to reinstall windows 10 and was informed after it finished it couldn't run because of an update that needed to be performed and was prompted to connect to the internet on my home network to install the update and run windows 10 - except it booted me back to the first prompt again and again and again after I did this.

5. Now the screen gets stuck at the Alienware screen where it informs me the desktop was not turned off correctly and is restoring the cache and metadata...Currently I am performing a factory image restore - pending I get the machine up and running again - any suggestions on how to fix these problems I am having?

As you can probably tell - I am not technically savy or have experience with computers outside of basic use. I apologize if any of this is redundant or hard to follow. I really don't want to take this machine back as I just got it! So here I am.

Also - I should note before this happened (when the monitor went black and I had to hard reset) it informed me some updates on windows could not be performed  in the lower right hand corner of the windows task bar manager. I have noticed some others have reported similar issues on this machine. PLEASE ADVISE! Thanks

EDIT: As of right now I have successfully performed a factory restore and have the desktop running again...Still am fearing the same issues will occur....

Mine just did the exact same last night and I can not get it to boot up Windows Desktop. Couldn't get the monitor the recognize the Displayport so tried an HDMI and was able to get the display back up and now it's in the infinite boot-up loop.  Any advice?

I really doubt yours did all that above exactly. :Huh?:

I suggest you start your own thread.

If it won't boot Windows, in BIOS, check that this is still set:

Boot Option Priorities/ Boot Option #1/ Windows Boot Manager

1. Others have reported this error, but I'm not sure what causes it. Does this machine have an Intel Optane memory module installed?

2. Well, if you are already to this point, I suggest a conventional Nuke-and-Pave (all new software to a blank C: drive).
