Alienware aurora r7 poor performance

Alienware aurora r7 performance inconsistent, gtx 1050ti  I5 8400k and 8gb ram

Bought two months ago  played it a good bit at first, gta v Bf1, mw2 and rocket l, Bf1 would run smooth at high on Bf1 around 80ish fps , then for some reason I could go on the next day and it's unplayable? Constant frame drop and stuttering is making it unplayable, and is happening more frequently... Any help would be appreciated

Have you done any upgrades such as drivers or the BIOS around the time the problems started? Also if you have SmartByte, uninstall it. That can slow down play. Go to the following post as to how to uninstall/disable SmartByte.

Not exactly a high-end config, but if you are sure you were getting 80fps at High settings and same resolution ... I guess maybe something broke.

I suppose you should ask DICE forum.

If you think it might be the machine itself, you really need to benchmark it OFFLINE ... and not with a game.
