it is strange that AWCC driver is no longer listed on R7 driver website.  curious if this is a glitch.

try Aurora R8 AWCC.  R8 and R7 use same chassis and LED design.  only difference in R8 and R7 is BIOS update on R8 to support Intel 9th gen cpu.  they have essentially same motherboard except that R7 has no bios update.

R8 AWCC is for Win 10 64 bit and Win 11.

there must be an older version of R7 AWCC somewhere.  Dell has somehow removed it from R7 driver site.  original user might have the AWCC DVD that came in package, or need to look for an old driver download somewhere on the website.

It is a good idea to keep local copy of old Dell software in case something like this happens.

When AWCC is not working and needs a reinstall,

Optimally do a clean install of AWCC after a clean OS install.

I think more likely R7 driver download link has a glitch so it got delisted from R7driver site.

Dell Chris M showed at one point AWCC 4.8.20 A00 was listed for R7

using the screenshot by Chris M, google Aurora-R7_alienware-command-center-for-desktops_F8P3V_wIN64_4.8.20.0_A00.exe

I find a download on non-Dell site
