Alienware Command Center Sound Settings Question

So recently I have been messing around with the sound center within the command center. I was wondering if there is a way to make it so that other people can hear your sound settings when speaking, like a voice changer. For example I play a role-playing game and I would like it to sound like I am talking on flight coms when I speak, is there a way to enable that?

- Unfortunately, the Command Center does not have an option to use the audio settings as a voice changer. The program is only used for regular audio tweaking and settings.
