Area-51 R5, AWCC 5.4.9.0, audio tab sound tune missing?
Hello,
Again, this is not the first time. I find that in AWCC 5.4.9.0 there is no more the audio tab for sound tune, why? Will it be re-enabled in the future? The 1 year warranty expired in April 2020.
Here are all of the add-on components installed in my pc since months =

FIXED.
The solution is going to the drivers and support page, insert your machine serial and download ONLY the audio drivers from "your machine tab" and not from generig R4 - R5 tab.
There is no need to download the entire AWCC, but only the audio drivers even if they are old (like mine that are from 2019) and i have Windows 11 64bit now, so with 2019 audio driver it fixed my problem.
Installing them, the new updated audio drivers (downloaded maybe from Windows Updated) will be removed, so the installer require one or two reboot. After finish, AWCC show again the Sound center tab.
So, the solution is to do not let Windows Update upgrade your audio driver or AWCC going to mess and the sound bar going to miss again.

I have update the AWCC to 5.4.16.0 .... and nothing changed. The hardware too is not changed since I buy the PC.
Why Sound Tune is missing in AWCC?

Since "Dell Cares" maybe they can help you.
I don't think many of us "normal users and volunteers" can help you though (or I think we would have already). The Area 51-R5 is a very nice machine. But also, very expensive so not many were sold. It might take a while for an owner that has one to login and see your request for help.
Are you running the latest/validated version of AW-CC for your machine?
