Unless you are experiencing an issue with your current BIOS that is fixed with a future update, there's no need to update your BIOS.

It can cause more issues than it solves.

Possibly related to some anti-virus software. I'm on 2.0.7 and have had no issues. Try copying the BIOS update .exe file to a FAT32 formatted flash drive with nothing else on it . . . then flash the BIOS from the F12 pre-boot menu.

flash bios from F12 menu

I totally understand that but I can accept that only if my system is ok and can update for concerns about updating I decided to not, but here I have a problem looking to fix it.

I tried many times to get enter option to update bios from USB but the Alienware graphical Bios screen does not give me the option to do that

You don't see the option with the red arrow when you tap F12 at startup?

(the very first screen)

From what you are posting it shows two different bios attempt using R4 and R5 files.

These ( R4/R5) are similar but with different specs. (  memory ,video support) look at the specification sheets.

Sounds like a dead motherboard. Any flashes on the Alienware head (power button)?

A BIOS update may restart your computer several times. Hopefully you did not interrupt that process.

What was the problem you were trying to fix with a BIOS update?
