Hello! I'm surprised that no one has answered your question by now.
On the AlienWare Control Center "HOME" page, down at mid bottom, click on the "OVERCLOCK" square, a list will pop-up, select "OVERCLOCK OFF." You may have to reboot/restart the PC for the changes to take effect.
If this doesn't work, which it might not, then you might have to do what I did, I had to remove Over Clock and Alienware Control center through Windows 10 Remove programs, and them RE-INSTALL them with the latest version. Make sure you down load them first in a safe place that you can easily find them.
ATTN: I am NOT a DELL Service Representative. I do not represent DELL or Alienware in anyway. The instructions above I had to find out on my own, as the DELL service department could NOT answer my questions.
