Aurora R10, Bluetooth freezing/disconnecting

Just got an Alienware Aurora Ryzen Edition about a week ago. I've noticed that I'm having strange connectivity problems with the Bluetooth. Both mouse and keyboard are Bluetooth. Occasionally but often enough to disrupt, my mouse and keyboard will stop working. They won't work again until I plug in a corded mouse or keyboard and then all of sudden the Bluetooth mouse and keyboard work again.

Any suggestions for correcting this issue?

Hello, I have had some issues with my blue tooth connection with my keyboard and mouse. My keyboard and mouse will stop working in the middle of working. The problem will be fixed when a wired mouse is plugged in. Is there any information you have that could help with this issue?

Two things to try:

Uninstall any unknown USB device in Device Manager, and wait about a minute to see if Bluetooth returns

If that fails, shut Alienware down, unplug the power cord, hold in the power button for about 30 seconds, then replug and re-power.
