Aurora R10, can't update BIOS?
Alienware Aurora Ryzen Edition R10
I have been trying to update the bios on my Aurora R10 because I need to see if it fixes another issue I am having. But nothing I do lets me update? I tried to update it through Dell support, it fails. I try doing it through the Alienware app, it fails. I tried downloading it directly, it gets an error that the driver version failed. I tried putting it on a USB and doing it in the boot up screen. When I click flash upgrade the screen dims out and it does nothing. I do not have bit-locker on. I have tried updating to an older version. It still fails. The current bios I have is 2.2.4 and it seems that it will not let me update it to anything else. Is there anything else I can try or do?

I am getting random green or grey screens that freeze my pc for a few seconds before returning to normal. It happens when I am doing light tasks such as scrolling in chrome or closing all my windows. All other drivers are updated except for the bios. Performance is find expect for the random freezes.

I would do an ePSA test to see if any hardware issues are present: ePSA test
