Aurora R10, fan replacement, #2

I've seen many posts about people replacing their front fans, but when I took out my old one, I found that there were no screws used and no screw holes - how did they achieve this then?

@DarkKnights22 :

Also, do you know how to change the fan speed?

You need to go to Alienware Command Center (AWCC) and change it there. Should be a tab called "Fusion" or something. Dell changes that software for every new Aurora they release.

I change the offset to 100% but it's only at 49%.

I am in the correct thermal profile. It started rising up when I selected it, but it seems to have capped at 49%.

Download Intel XTU and see the RPM value of the fan when AWCC shows 49%. You should see it spinning at top RPM.
