Aurora R10, liquid cooler fan replacement?

I am hoping to combat some of the noise by replacing the stock fans (intake on the front and blower on the radiator at the top) with Noctua fans. I was worried that Dell used some odd sized OEM fan mounting tricks and would not allow other 120mm fans to be installed easily. Before I open the case up and start poking around I was hoping someone had already done the leg work for me. The issue I have is during gaming, even after attempting to use the Alienware control panel and looking in the limited BIOS to try to adjust the speeds, the fans keep pinning to 100% all most immediately after a game is launched. At idle / web browsing / streaming the quiet fan profile has the fans around 30%. This does not seem to be an overheating issue because the fans start going crazy before a full sustained load has a chance to heat things up.

I am not super upset at this because the system does stay cool and 3-4 hours gaming sessions at 4k hasn't caused the temps to get over 80. I just miss the quietness of my old fractal design R4 case. I do also understand the 850w power supply and it's fan do add to the noise but case fan's seem like a much simpler 1st step.
