Aurora R10, memory combinations supported?

What are the following are the memory combinations supported in the Aurora R10? I am looking into 4 matching 16gb 3200 ram, HyperX DDR4 to max out at 64gb, is this supported? I ask because an Aurora R9 user here was having issues where the system maxed out at 48gb despite having 64gb. In my honest opinion, 64gb is not a crazy amount of ram to have in the first place, for things like vfx work.

That link is for the R11 manual. Open the online R10 Setup and Specifications PDF to page 12 =

Now, with that said, I would suggest going for the faster ram unless it's much more expensive.

Worst case scenario is that the computer will use it at the slow speed but with hopefully faster timing.

But please make sure it's plug and play compatible at 3200, otherwise I think it's slower ram that's basically tested for reliability at faster speeds.

Thanks...erg, so what set would you recomend to actually get up to 64bg and max speed? This one? Also, what happens if I put in 64gb at 3200, will it even see the 64gb?

...but, this is what confuses me, on the product page is says this. Does that mean it will support 64bg at 3200? Since its saying this under the 3200mhz option, just not selling it up to 64bg. Thanks for any info!

product page I am looking at...

I have HyperX 2933 at 64gb.  That model was discontinued about 6 months ago and replaced with the 3000 RAM.  That one is 3000 and timings are also a little better and there's an updated heat spreader.

Woohoo, thanks for the clarification and snapshot...can hold them accountable in case for some random reason the 64gb XMP at 3200hhz does not read correctly. Lol, I was really hoping that this system would be able to support up to 96gb of ram

Do dell reps ever answer on here, or is there a specific channel I should reach out to them on...rather than thier customer support contact?

Good information...so, if you were trying to max out the ram, what combo/setup would you go with for max ram and ram speed? Does 2933 mean exactly that, or 3000mhz...I am just wondering because I see 3000 as an option when buying ram, but not exactly 2933. I am thinking 3000mhz is fine, but I do not want to assume and purchase the wrong item haha. Thanks!

Cosmos the show? You too?

I found this in the Ryzen r10 manual...so I would think this ram combination would work fine at 3200mhz

"HyperX Fury 64GB 3200MHz DDR4 CL16 DIMM (Kit of 4)"
