Aurora R10, USB/HDMI disconnecting?

I have an Aurora R10 and the USB/HDMI ports keep disconnecting, monitor and peripherals go dark. Computers seems to be humming along. Took it to a shop they could not find anything wrong. Brought it home, started gaming and it happened again. Shut down computer, let it sit. Works ok for 15 minutes then dies again. Computer still going. Help?
