As per the specs here and at the Crucial site here, 32 GB is not supported using 4 x 8 GB RAM modules. Only 2 x 16 GB RAM modules are supported for 32 GB of total RAM.

Main thing, it seems like your RAM is mismatched; i.e., it looks from the packaging like you got two separate sets of 16GB?  Instead of one matched set of 32GB?   If you want to run all four, best practice, you should get a matched 8 x 4 = 32GB set and start the first power on with XMP disabled.  The R11 is not sold OEM in 8 x 4 = 32, so it is not officially validated in that configuration. Doesn't mean it won't ever work in that configuration, just that it's not validated.

Also, when changing RAM, best practice is to clear CMOS before booting up.

Last, when you do run mismatched sets like here, at a minimum you would need to put the same sets in the same colored tabs (black/white), you can't mix the sticks from different sets up.

I currently have 4 sticks of 3400 mhz Delk (Kingston makes it for them in their Hyper line) RAM pulled out of a brand new Alienware R11 for sale.

Feel free to contact me if interested - it's also on OfferUp btw.  Though I have 4 sticks, I would sell 1 pair seperately if you just want to get 32 GB.

Thanks,
Scott
