Aurora R11, additional GPU?

I recently purchased an Aurora R11 with a RTX 3080. But I’m curious about options for adding more graphics cards. What are ideas for adding more cards to help with my 3D rendering? Is there a good external GPU system? Is it better to just buy another cheap PC and fill it up with cards? What’s the best approach?
