Aurora R11, front USB ports not working

 Anyone experiencing issues with the front USB ports? Two of the R11 front ports are not working or not working as they did when the computer was new.

I've had outstanding support from the techs and I'm truly impressed with their response and follow-up. Hours were spent trying to resolve the Alienware Headphone Mic and USB-C port for Oculus Link. However, the result from all their time and hard work was to use the back panel ports. So what's wrong with the front ports.  

I'm getting close to the end of the warranty and I don't want this to become an issue a day after the warranty expires.
