Aurora R11, GPU replacement?

Hi, I recently bought the Aurora R11 with the RTX 3090 included in it. For the first month, Everything went swimmingly but now the computer seems to restart at certain times. It'll work for a bout 5 days then one day it'll black screen, restart and go back to normal as if everything is okay. I ran dell's hardware checker and it states that everything is okay except for the GPU with failed the Surface Test. It still states the GPU is fine however just a software issue yet I'm not so sure. There were no spills or accident prone situations so I was wondering, Would it be possible for Dell to replace the GPU with my current warranty which is the on-site repairman?

You could check Nvidia site for driver update. One of the first things I did after getting my R11.
