Aurora R11, HDD/startup help

Are you seeing any error messages or diagnostic light codes? Have you made any changes to the system such as a BIOS upgrade? Try disconnecting power from the HDD then try to boot and see if you boot properly though you may get an error such as no bootable device. At least that will help to narrow the problem down to a possible drive problem.

Your Aurora R11 is a bit over 2 years old and though a defective HDD is not likely, it is possible. Run diagnostics, F12 at boot, and watch for any drive errors.

Boot disk must contain a properly installed Operating System.

Troubleshooting is easier if you look at the messages on the display.

• Did a pre boot system performance check and this is what I have gotten but the weird thing is they sent someone to my house to change the hard drive already cause that one also failed
