Is your computer multitasking while doing this? Or just gaming? Do you have the graphics quality pegged on these particular games vs. others? Do the CPU temperature readings concern you? So far that I know, ute rate alone isn't cause for concern unless it accompanies high temp plateaus, voltage spikes, constant freezes/hangups or other metrics dangerous to the system.
When the Cpu usage goes up when I'm gaming, I'm not multitasking when I play, The temperatures do run hot, at idle it's around 50-60c, sometimes 70c, and when gaming it does goes to 70-80c. Are those temps normal?
Yeah I did get the air cool and I'm regretting that now, but after talking to others and doing research I think upgrading to liquid cool with the H60 is best

Don't sweat it, to be expected with an air cooled setup in the R11, plus temps below 80 are unlikely impacting your performance any (as far as throttling goes, though the fans may start ramping up).
