Aurora R11, latency issues 2020

Question

hello, I've just received my computer two days ago and straight out of the box I'm having issues that don't allow me to play most games. ill provide as much detail as possible. below are my specs and latencymon report. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Nvidia driver, updated every driver i could including Bios, ran a few different diagnostic reports such as directx and cmd admin scan and I'm still not getting much luck. im running all games on the recommended settings through the Nvidia app. i disabeled sysmain and that seemed to help some but not totally specs under the latencymon report sorry for the formatting latencyMon report this morning CONCLUSION_________________________________________________________________________________________________________Your system appears to be having trouble handling real-time audio and other tasks. You only have 8 GB RAM Installed? How about bumping that up to 16 GB at least! 32 GB would be better

I have an R10 with 32GB and have no problems whatsoever playing any games.

Also try and remove some of the Dell Bloatware - DellDatavault comes to mind!

I am having similar issues, I hard reset the computer which made my issues a little better but they soon returned. Did you end up finding a solution? Thanks
