Aurora R11, no virtualization support, BIOS

Question

So I am in the process of returning my Alienware R11 has i9-10900kf and does support virtualization, but there is no way to toggle this in the bios.  My only indication that it is enabled is by visiting task manager under performance it says virtualization is enabled.  I reached out and tech support could not help me at all and offered to send some one out to replace my motherboard which i'm not about to do on a 3000.00 desktop I just got.  Was wondering if anyone had any advice on this?  They told me it was probably a bios glitch and would probably be corrected in the next version, but I also don't want to wait that long and have my 30 days return window closed.  Any advice would be much appreciated.  I plan on using the virtualization so its an important setting to me.  Does it matter that I cannot see these settings in the bios since I can see it says its enabled in the task manager?  Thanks in advance.

This is what the bios looks like as you can see no options for virtualization.

I have an Aurora R13 (Win 11 Home) and all I had to do is go into control panel, programs and features and enable "Windows HyperVisor Platform", then reboot.

I installed Vmware Workstation 16 and I haven't had any issues creating new VMs (linux or windows).
