I had the same problem 11 years ago with a R3, after a fatal error I/O board all fans starts at 100% and loud, i strongly suggest to contact Dell support about this before your Coirsairs will fale as well.
Well I did a lot of testing and it seems nothing changed after using Afterburner. Not really sure what to do. Should I just have someone look at my computer?
Yeah that’s the most basic help I can give you looks like you need a professional tech to see what’s going on. But you did say it’s your gpu fans that are out of control right. In MSI AF did you try to set your gpu fans manually to like 60 % then save to a profile to see if it stays steady at 60%. Just a thought.

Try to select a different profile under AWCC, like for example "balanced".
See if that performs better.

Unfortunately I'd been using alienwares command center rather than MSI Afterburner. But I just installed afterburner and I'm going to test it now.

So if it’s your GPU and hoping your using MSI Afterburner for your gpu fans and thermals, select the auto fans feature then retest.

Yikes ! Always use Msi Afterburner with these Alienware rigs because they don’t give us gpu fan/thermal options. I hope all works out now.

Yeah sometimes it takes a professional for sure. Hope you get fixed and running the R11 is an awesome machine.
