Aurora R11 Upgrades
I have bought the Aurora R11 with a i5 10400f cpu. Will I be able to upgrade the cpu at a later date??

To sum it up in English, upgrade may only be made to Intel 10th Gen, LGA 1200, and the first 2 digits of the new CPU must start with "10". So, max upgrade is 10900K/KF. Regardless of any future Intel releases.

I strongly suspect any upgrades will be limited to other 10th gen cpu's. Even though rocket lake 11th gen will be supported by z490, it will most likely be bios locked out of the r11. That's just how it is done, see Aurora r 7 (up to 8th only) 8 (up to 9th) 9 (add ks) all on z370 for example. Also area 51 r 4 vs 5 (also bios lock 9th gen x for the 5 only).
