Aurora R11, very latest drivers

My Aurora R11 is less than a year old. This is the very first trouble I have experienced with system driver updates OR BIOS updates. This happened today! I manually updated the bios driver. NP. I see the AWCC OC controls, marked urgent. So I download that. I missed the part about uninstall old version. SO when I rebooted I see this in OCControl section of AWCC =  Yep its been posted here before, but a Risen model was having the problem. I have intel 10900kf so I never cared before. Anyway I attribute this mistakenly to my error on my part and attempt to flash back to the October version, 2021. Same thing, so I leave and start up the SupportAssist (nice btw) and yep  AWCC OC controls is listed and I opt in. It finishes but never calls for the reboot, so I reboot anyway. I get the same picture in OC controls as above.   This time I just boot into the bios, and go OC Off default/reset. login go to bios and turn everything back on that I had only I selected customize oc level vs 1 or 2. and restore my memory clock from bios. Boot to windows and OK I have all accessible and proceed to enable OC on all component,(graphic card never changed.) save to my old profile (still in machine,)  and again usualy after a profile change or anything to do with the processor. There was no prompt for a reboot. So I reboot anyway, and  am back again at the Picture above. I think the OC is good as Home screen displays my profile in the bottom right. but I am just lost now? Anyone?

Did clean install of LATEST vers.  all is well now.
