Aurora R12, PSU, SATA, SSD, audio?

hello friends, very very bad has happened with our alienware area-51 r2. when we turned it on it gave us a black screen saying overclocking has failed please press f1 to reset bios. we pressed f1 and then the pc rebooted but now it stays on black screen without keyboard or usb working now.

we wanted to ask about the latest aurora r12. can you replace the psu with a new one? what are the measurements for the psu that it comes with and which connectors go where? also does it come with sata connectors or do we have to buy them ourself of we wanted to add ssd/hard drive? they have to be L shaped to straight sata or can be non L Shaped?

how many ssd and hard drive we can add? is the integrated soundcard creative sound blaster?

* Go back to the top of this Alienware Desktops board
* Open, "FAQ Alienware Desktops"
* Open, "FAQ Aurora R12". Read through it
* Click, "Documentation"
* Open, "Alienware Aurora R12 Setup and Specifications"

There's room for 2 x 2.5 drives and 1 x 3.5 drive.

The PSU comes with all necessary connectors, and the includes spare SATA cables. It also comes with the PSU and everything else you ordered installed, so there would be no need to replace the PSU with a new one.

Integrated sound is Realtek.

Most aftermarket GPU's will not fit in this case, as there's limited space. You could make a few aftermarket smaller ones fit, but it's a very tight fit and requires modifications to the case.

Since it comes with a video card of your choice installed when you order it, there's typically no need to install an aftermarket video card.
