Aurora R12, Windows 11 Pro, Bluetooth fix
Since receiving my system in Dec 2021 I have been experiencing Bluetooth issues. Initially my JBL headphones paired then no luck. Despite spending an hour and a half with Dell Tech support the problem was not resolved - note headphones pair with other devices no problem. All headphones show up in the Bluetooth screen for pairing, but are unable to do so - I tried another headset which was also unable to successfully pair.
The result of the tech support discussion was to get a referral for software support at the cost 0g $129 for my 1.5 month old system.
Luckily I was able to find the fix here which I still don't understand. Apparently Dell Tech Support are unaware of this problem! I don't know how long the fix below will work for, or if I will have to repeat the solution over and over again. Not impressed with the $129 price tag being offered to fix my new PC.

I solved this problem by replacing the Qualcomm QCA9377 wifi adapter with an Intel AX210NGW. The problem was fixed permanently and my blutooth is now in 5.3. $40
I think the Qualcomm adapter is problematic because many Dell laptops are equipped with the same adapter and have the same problems.

Thank you for posting the power drain fix. It worked on my Alienware R12. I tried everything just like everyone else without success, and that quick fix worked the first time.
