Aurora R13, BSOD from overheating?
I assume my daily to weekly BSOD are due to overheating. Is this a known issue or am I just unlucky?
ESIF(1.0.10300.22308) TYPE: ERROR MODULE: ACTION FUNC: EsifActMgr_LoadAction FILE: esif_uf_actmgr.c LINE: 784 TIME: 20163 ms esif_ccb_library_load() C:\WINDOWS\system32\Intel\IPF\upe_idgfx2.dll failed [ESIF_E_NOT_FOUND (3000)]: The specified module could not be found.
Looking for info on what this event viewer problem is? I get all the time.

I'm not seeing anything in that cryptic message that rhymes with "thermal".
What is your CPU cooling solution, and what CPU & GPU temperatures are you seeing prior to BSOD events?

When I Google the error says it's intel throttling issue. So I just assume...I never hear fans ramp up so maybe it's driver error. I don't know why it happens. It's 12900k and cpu been replaced 2x. Mobo 2x. Gpu 1x. Psu 2x. And now out of warranty so on my own. None of replacement parts really ever fixed the bsods.

What I read from your info is that a file is missing: C:\WINDOWS\system32\Intel\IPF\upe_idgfx2.dll
I would suggest that's an missing intel driver . For the r13 it looks like the Intel-Innovation-Platform-Framework-Driver_6HWNR_WIN64_1.0.10300.22308_A00_02.EXE
This package contains the Intel Innovation Platform Framework driver. Intel Innovation Platform Framework supports Intel Dynamic Tuning Technology (Intel DTT) and Intel Context Sensing Technology (Intel CST). Intel Dynamic Tuning is a power and thermal management solution that is used to resolve fan noise, overheating, and performance-related issues of the system. Intel CST accurately detects human presence in front of the system using features like Wake on Approach and Walk away Lock.

Addendum
Forgot it may also be the intel dynamic tuning driver missing

Appreciate any thoughts...dell support assist doesn't seem to work...always stalls out. Asks to restart machine try again. Ever since 1st replace mobo. My windows or machine keys seem to be gone. So dell doesn't recognize my machine.

Forget the Dell Support Assistant or Dell Drivers in my honest opinion, unless your machine is in warranty and you can hand the issue over to someone at Dell who wont give you the runaround.
I would start with a clean install of Windows 11 via the Microsoft creation tool, not the Dell one and go from there.
Your missing a driver from that message but the question is why? I know the Intel XTU tuning utility can mess up high end PC's that don't need to be overclocked.

Whilst I agree the high end R13's are pushing the limits thermal wise hence Dells power throttle solution, they are not the furnace a mumbling Corsair paid Steve makes them out to be.
The OP is missing a driver and does not need a new AIO cooler to fix it. A AIO cooler that would fix nothing because Dell power throttle via the BIOS and no matter what you fit the power throttle will remain.

Throttling issues with the 12900K were reported by Steve Burke from Gamers Nexus when he did a teardown and review of the Aurora R13. The pump and cooling fan on the (AIO 120mm) is lacking to cool down the already "HOT" 12900K. The cabinet design did not help either. The problem became worse if the machine was configured with a high-end GPU. That only increased thermals inside the already cramped and hot chassis.
I would look at a new AIO cooler such as the Noctua AIO and re-paste the CPU with Arctic MX-6.

I will attempt to repair windows and or update drivers...should I look to intel website for driver...it kind of feels like it's a dell thing even tho says Intel. I will post back in day or 2 as I tinker.
