Look at the WHEA errors.  Also, what BIOS are you on?

Try to disable Windows fast boot in the energy options. You wont need it anyway with such a fast system.

My BIOS version Alienware 1.0.2   13.10.2021

 

Since March 23, I have 231 events in Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-WHEA (I don't know what its mean)

Didn't help, I also disable sound device  NVIDIA High Definition Audio (I read that it might be the promlem)

I fixed the problem:

There were 2 audio devices in the device manager and they crashed my computer, just disabled one of them

i have been having this same problem since October, hasnt managed to get fixed. your post gives me hope. what audio device did you disable?
