Aurora R15, why I can't get rare cable cover?

Hello.Few months ago I ordered Alienware Aurora R15 (lunar light color).During computer configuration (ordering) I didn't order rare cable cover. At that time I didn't even know what that is because I would never even think that something like that would be sold separately in the first place!Now, I contacted Dell support asking to order that last part that I miss, but the guy from support told me that rare cable cover is not available for purchase anymore.So, that means that if we miss to order something while ordering computer we will never be able to get it afterwards???Well, if that's the case, that makes no sense at all, and it looks very unprofessional, especially for such a large company as Dell.And why is that part even something that needs to be ordered separately? Spent almost 5k USD for gaming computer and now I can't order something so simple as rare cable cover?Seriously?

I do agree on the $5K for a PC, only to have to pay extra for a cable cover. That's a bit too much in my opinion.

@redxps630​  No, actually it's not. There is white and 'lunar light'. Lunar light is more gray-ish.

Both have always been notated in the SPMD (Spare Parts Master Database) as 'For sale = No'. 3P48H cable cover, dark (Aurora R13/R14/R15) GV7DK cable cover, light (Aurora R13/R15)

I replied, 'Both have always been notated in the SPMD (Spare Parts Master Database) as 'For sale = No'.'. So the 'purpose' was to show you why you cannot buy it from Dell Spare Parts. Still no explanation why we can't order something so simple as cable cover and why is that even sold separately in the first place? I am not on the Alienware platform team and thus did not decide which components will be sold. All I can do is show you what the tool shows me.

can you send the DP/N for the white/lunar cable cover of R15 and R13?* Aurora R13//R15 cable cover light = GV7DK light * Aurora R13/R14/R15 cable cover dark = 3P48H dark Is GV7DK the DP/N for both, or do they have different part number?* Same.

I'd highly recommend getting the cable cover, if you ever decide to buy an aurora r15.  It looks ugly from the side and back without it.  And, I do know the tower is backwards.
