Aurora R16, won’t turn on
I need technical support as my new Alienware Aurora R16 won’t turn on. I’ve tried multiple energy sockets so it isn’t an energy problem.

If it's new out of the box and doesn't work, you either need to call support or call customer service to return the system for a refund or exchange.
Since we have no way to know where you're located or where you purchased the system, it's hard to provide more specific advice.

I just replace my r16 it work for a week them all the fans stop working the new replacement work find

@Stan215 did you get liquid cooling with the second R16?
