I do not have an R5... but my R7 just crashed/bricked a week ago. Still have NO idea why. Was in middle of playing Division 2, the PC locked up and played a horrendous sound, and had to shut it off. Could not boot back into Windows 10 and now having to send it to Dell.
Was this BIOS update sent to all Dells? Just the R5s?
