Aurora R5, FX lights not on

Question

Hello, I've had my Aurora R5 Since 2017 and I've been having an issue with it. Two out of the three lights are not turning on. The Lights would turn on if I restarted my system now they will not respond to The tests or changes in The AW control center. The two lights in question are the Alien Head on the top and the right panel that is behind the MOBO. The Alien head will turn on when I press it but then shut off as soon as I let go and the PC starts booting. Please help.  I've The Command Center The FX Tester Reinstalling the Command Center.Rebooting the FX Controller.

Did you uninstall and reinstall the AWCC following ALL the steps in this article:

Also, what happened when you ran the AlienFx Tester? Did you get an error message.

yea for some reason some Alienware  apps think my r5 is a laptop
