Well, at least to get them both working, are you able to run both versions concurrently?  Admittedly, not an idea solution.

Thank you for attempting to assist, @Mary G , but I've literally tried everything on the support pages, and I know which version I need for my model already.  The version I am using is directly linked to my Service Tag.  This is why I'm reaching out to the community, for the non-standard responses.

Yes, @r72019 , I have them both working concurrently right now.  I use 4.8.23 for my case, which doesn't show RGB options for the peripherals, and 5.2.91 for the peripherals, which doesn't show RGB options for my case.

I understand that it's a viable workaround.  What it's not, is an acceptable **solution**.  An acceptable solution would be to update 5.2.91 to be backward compatible for older Aurora cases.  Also, if those peripherals do not work on the above listed AWCC version, I'm planning to go through whatever steps needed for Dell to pull the references off of that version of the driver details so as not to mislead more folks as to the applicability.

Currently, you cannot view or alter the RGB lighting for anything outside your case in this version of AWCC, but the driver details clearly list that it contains an "update" for the peripherals to work.  If that *IS* the case, I sure don't know how to do it, and Dell doesn't provide any instructions as to how.  So I'm reaching out here before I contact them directly...

Just got word from some Dell engineers via support.  Despite the driver details literally stating it has an update that works, it seems that sub-5.0 versions of AWCC do not support peripherals at all.  Perhaps they did and then future updates rendered the changes inoperative, perhaps it was simply a future placeholder that shouldn't have been published before 5.0 came online, whatever it is, it isn't designed to function the way it's advertised.

I have been assured that Dell is working on removing that liner from the older versions of AWCC's driver details page, but I suspect that I'll have to chase that dragon and pull it's tail again eventually.  Time will tell.

Let this post be a warning to older Aurora users, AWCC versions prior to 5.0 DO NOT SUPPORT PERIPHERALS!!!!!
