This is my mothers Aurora R6. The warranty expired on June 8, 2018. She pays bills,and makes movies. She had downloaded a app to make movies. But the Aurora R6 started acting up, so she uninstalled it. So for the last year, this Aurora R6 everything works except DVD. I went into device manager and guess what? No DVD there either,and not under PC or anywher else. I went to my download bios was 2 or 3 years old. So I updated it. On her Aurora R6 drivers product page it says        DVD/RW. No name no download nothing. I have never seen hardware that didn't have a name or download. So I went to configuration-part #01W11 module DVD+/RW8x9.57 GU90N Hitachi LG Data Storage Bare, across Line of business  So i clicked on part 01w11 and part #9M9FK DVD/RW 8x9.5T GU90N hitachi LG Data storage. But if go on today's config all it has is DVD/RW. So I took all apart I took out the DVD and am trying to decide what driver to download . Has anyone else have this problem. Freaks me out that DVD don't show being in Aurora R6 even if uninstalled and restart it should pick it up but nope no where.
