Aurora R6, wont start peripherals

Alienware aurora r6 wont post, and it won't turn on peripherals like keyboard and mouse, so I can't boot into bios or anything to try to flash. It is flashing 3 and 6 amber lights on the front so I thought I needed to make a bios usb recovery device, I have tried that, but because it won't turn on monitor, keyboard, or mouse I can't do anything. I have no idea what else to do, I have tried pulling the cmos battery and power cable for a minute like the bios recovery steps from the alenware bios recovery steps I found, but there is no change. Please help! I appreciate all your help in advance!

It could be the video card. If you have another known working video card available you could plug it in and see if that solves your issue.

When I push the button on the psu, all fans start, and light does light up. When I disconnected everything and tried starting the pc, nothing has changed. It still flashes, 3 and 6, and still won't start the peripherals. Is there a way to test the motherboard or does that mean it's a motherboard problem for sure at this point?

These are the error codes for the R6:

NUMBER OF POWER LED FLASHES PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
1 System board: BIOS and ROM failure
2 No memory or RAM detected
3 System board or chipset error
4 Memory or RAM failure
5 CMOS battery failure
6 Video card or chip failure
7 CPU failure
3,6 BIOS recovery image not found
3,7 BIOS recovery image found but invalid

There should be a test button on the power supply, close to where you plug in the power cord to the power supply.

Power down the computer, and press the power supply test button. The LED should light up green.

If it does, than the power supply should be ok.

In which case it looks like a motherboard failure. What you can also try is unplugging all cables except the power cable, and see if it starts up.

If all that fails it would be best to contact Dell technical support to assist further.

You don't need a spare GPU to test that.  Just remove the GPU from the pc and plug the monitor into the displayport on the motherboard  and use a USB keyboard and mouse.

You can try loading the bios rcv recovery image to a usb stick and hitting control + escape from a usb keyboard while booting.
