Aurora R7 - audio cable stops GFX card fiting - a solution

Inside the Aurora R7 (and probably R6 and R5), there is a connector for the front panel audio which stands proud from the motherboard that prevents a wide graphics card, for example Asus GTX 1070, in PCI slot 2 from seating.

The simple solution is to unplug the yellow connector so the graphics card fits but each time the computer is powered on, booting stops with a warning that requires keyboard entry or mouse click to continue, which is a pain, plus there will be no sound from the front panel headphone socket (and possibly microphone input).

As luck will have it, the 10 way connector on the motherboard has same pin spacing as 2 row IDC so a small extension will allow the original plug to be moved out of the way.  The IDC plug is shorter than the Dell plug and has side cable entry so takes up less room vertically allowing more than enough space for the graphics card to seat.

I have fitted on of these in my Aurora R7 resolving the problems described above (card fits, no stopping of boot sequence and headphone socket on front panel works) and made up a few more of these as I am sure I am not the first one to experience this problem.

Each cable has been tested to for connectivity between the pins on the plug and socket as well as for shorts between wires so I cannot see any reason why there should be a problem with any of them.
I will be listing these on eBay for £ 4 posted (in UK), if you are interested then let me know.
If you plan to make one of these up yourself, note that there is a pin missing in the white socket, as the Dell plug is keyed (fits only 1 way)  and incidentally good luck with finding the female IDC socket :smileyfrustrated:

Hey, do you still have links for these cables (for delivery in canada) ? I've been looking for an hour and couldn't find any.

Thanks !
