Aurora R7, cannot enter setup?

Hello,

  I’ve had an Aurora R7 for some time now and recently changed the graphics card to a GTX 1660. After I did this I could not boot at all. 
to solve, I removed the bios battery and this now lets the pc boot up but the settings are all wrong.

I now always get ‘checking media presence’ due to incorrect boot sequence and if I press F2 to enter setup nothing is displayed on my monitor.

I can get into windows fine but it’s slightly annoying not being able to enter set up.

I can press F12 to pick a boot device and that menu displays correctly.
