It MAY work. Try it and see. But I agree with Speedstep's comments. Of all the memory I've had over the years, the only failures I've had were GSkill. Needless to say I don't buy that brand anymore.
The R7 will only run the ram at 2933 max. The Kingston stuff that folks have already posted several times...clocks itself at 2933 on the R7 mobo (as it's supposed to). Technically that ram can go up to 3600mhz if I remember correctly, but not with the R7 limitations.
Will it work with the "New Aurora" PCs? It seems to say on the "New Aurora" page that it works with memory up to 64GB "HyperX™ DDR4 XMP at 3200MHz". I was thinking of getting 2X16GB HyperX Fury @3200MHZ.
The specification for the 'new Aurora' i.e. R8 states that 3200 will work, it won't for R7. If the incompatibility issues with R7 RAM is anything to go by, it is best to wait for someone to report back with what memory actually works unless you want to be the first.
I have the 3400mhz (64gb of Hyper x fury) stuff in my R7, it auto clocks to 2933 under xmp1 profile. No issues up until recently. Ended up with a ram failure and am sending it out for replacement. Had it in my system since around August without issues, so hopefully it is a random circumstance.

Hi all, I have purchased 2x8GB of G.Skill TridentZ RGB 3200mhz RAM and would like to see if this is compatible with the Alienware Aurora R7. Thanks

This is High Density Low Reliability Cheap Ram and not likely to work at all.

Looking for RAM that comes with heat spreader, 2x8gb and most definitely will work with aurora r7.

The Kingston Hyper-X Fury ram memory DIMMs (that optionally come installed in the Aurora R7) have head-spreaders.
Remember, it's generally a bad idea to mix DIMMs. Only hope is to install in the secondary memory-bank.
